連假首日國道車多　部份路段龜速

今天是清明連假首日，因國5上午7時起到中午12時南下實施高乘載，一波非高乘載車輛趕著7時前上國道，讓國5清晨6時就出現塞車，南港到石碇時速一度僅有20到30公里，截至上午9時，南港到石碇仍然車多，時速僅有30多公里，石碇到頭城時速則僅有40多公里，另國1的湖口到竹北、彰化到埔鹽時速則僅有40多公里，其他國道路段大多順暢。今凌晨0到5時免收費時段約有20萬輛次上國道，比年平均增1.5倍。
 
高公局表示，上周末國道推出打8折策略奏效，已移轉1成到1成5提前掃墓，加上今天和明天也都可掃墓，讓返鄉掃墓車潮比較分散，但仍有不少民眾會在明年清明節當天才掃墓，車流量仍預估有270萬輛次，提醒民眾多利用凌晨0到5時盡量提早5時前上國道，避開塞車。(李姿慧／台北報導)
