松下發放霧霾津貼　排除中國籍員工

日本電子巨頭松下集團日前宣佈，將向外派往中國的員工發放污染津貼。津貼以中國部份城市高水平的PM2.5值作為依據，補償嚴重的空氣污染對職工的傷害，但未透露補貼金額。不過該集團明確表示，中國籍員工不在補貼範圍內，被輿論指歧視。

據悉，許多外國企業提高駐中國外籍員工的福利，都是以「發展中國家津貼」的名義發放，但公開為空氣污染問題而正式宣佈進行補助的國際公司，松下集團是第一家。

早在去年12月5日，考慮到北京空氣污染問題嚴重，日本開始研究從2014年起增加在北京工作的日駐中國大使館職員的補貼金額，但至今未公開公佈詳情。而東芝公司早去年4月已經開始給常駐北京、上海兩地的日籍員工支付「危險補貼」。（大陸中心／綜合報導）
