外交僵 傳NASA停止與俄國往來

（法新社華盛頓2日電） 根據新聞網站The Verge今天取得的內部備忘錄，除了國際太空站（ISS）上的合作以外，美國國家航空暨太空總署（NASA）切斷與俄羅斯的所有聯繫。

NASA尚未立即回應記者電話。

不過根據張貼在網路上的備忘錄複本，NASA雇員暫時停止前往俄羅斯，也暫停讓俄國人參訪NASA設施，除此之外，電子郵件、電話會議及視訊會議都停擺。

備忘錄寫道：「鑑於俄羅斯侵犯烏克蘭主權及領土完整，在有進一步通知前，美國政府決定，全面停止NASA與俄羅斯政府代表的聯繫，只有特定活動例外。」

這項新政策不適用於「國際太空站的操作活動」，或是「辦在俄羅斯境外、俄國可能參與的多邊會議」。（譯者：中央社林亭儀）
