331黑白熱線協議　大隊長：報導不實

台北市警局今晚嚴正否認媒體報導331有四名高階警官與白狼張安樂百餘通熱線，並達成「四不一沒有」（不驅趕、不舉牌、不捉人、不衝撞、沒有垃圾）協議。遭指控的當事人刑警大隊長黃明昭表示，「三立」報導內容不實，強調絕對沒有密會與協議。

「三立」新聞在今天晚間新聞報導，3月31日20時，保六總隊長、中正一分局長、刑事警察大隊長、保安科長召開2小時祕密會議，與張安樂達成「四不一沒有」協議，並在4月1日上午熱線百餘通。

台北市刑大隊長黃明昭指出，保六總隊長不可能與他和中正一分局長、保安科長開祕密會議，不符合體制。把沒有的事情「胡亂報」，黃明昭說，「三立」新聞報導內容不實。（張芳榮／台北報導）
