探針卡和LED檢測設備商旺矽擬盈餘分配現金股利每股2.1元。

若以去年每股稅後盈餘(EPS)3.54元計算，現金盈餘配發率約59.3%。

旺矽預計6月17日召開股東會。

旺矽去年合併營收新台幣30.35億元，較前年28.65億元成長6%；去年合併毛利率46.26%，較前年45.94%增加0.32個百分點。

旺矽去年營業利益3.33億元，合併營業利益率10.99%，較前年10.25%增加0.74個百分點。

旺矽去年歸屬母公司業主淨利2.71億元，較前年約2.62億元成長3.4%，去年每股稅後盈餘3.54元，前年為3.42元。

展望第1季業績，法人預估，旺矽3月LED檢測設備和晶圓探針卡出貨明顯回溫，3月業績可優於1月和2月，來到第1季單月高點，預估可站上新台幣2.5億元。

法人預估，旺矽第1季業績較去年第4季季減幅度，可相對收斂到高個位數百分比區間。(中央社)
