: 自己一個月不抽煙，所以我認為他是做得到的，他現在卻說他壓力很大，只能靠抽煙 : 排解，我實在不知道該怎麼辦，我也發現他越休息但身體狀況還是很疲倦， 我自己也是業務...這二句讓我比較擔心 越休息越累的情況一直惡性循環下去會變成慢性疲勞 工作的時候覺得很累，真的很累想睡的時候又會睡不著 心力交疲，然後影響生活品質跟身邊的人 跟我剛做業務的前三年是一樣的情況 陪他去運動吧 從一起走個三圈操場開始， 二個人慢慢走，也趁機分享一下彼此的心情 循序漸進 慢慢增加強度 這樣他的体力會變好，睡覺時可以睡的很沉，而且不用睡很久 不要逼他去做，誘導他一起， 讓二個人有共同相處的時間 加油 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 60.248.248.217 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Boy-Girl/M.1396253846.A.692.html
