標題[請問] 學雜費減免 低收入戶

我是研究所的學生，家裡是低收入戶，今天收到學分費的繳費單發現需要繳3000多塊 學校跟我解釋說他們在做減免時有個最大額度(以大學部的學雜費為上限) 所以我去查了法條http://tinyurl.com/kza4gss 學雜費：指學費、雜費、學分費、學分學雜費或學雜費基數等；就讀 高級中等學校者，並包括實習實驗費。 教育部法條明文規定免除全部學雜費，學校是說在減免時各校都有個減免上限的規定 我找不到有其他有關減免上限的規定 雖然只是3000多的小錢，但還是不喜歡這種每個地方都被A一點小錢的感覺 我該如何處理這件事呢@@? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 140.117.163.250 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1396253952.A.DE2.html
