因持續得不到馬政府的實質承諾，太陽花學運擴大抗爭，就在今天下午1點，將「黑潮襲凱道」。

學生領袖陳為廷說，有信心能號召10萬人，在議場內的學生則同樣對人數有信心，只希望馬政府能聽到人民聲音。屆時黑衫軍將會從中山南路、青島東路、公園路等各地，前往凱達格蘭大道上靜坐、演講，像馬政府表達「先立法、再審查」的訴求，整個活動也預計在晚間七點，重返立院。(即時新聞中心／綜合報導)
