中國上海在前日上午10點多，一名女子正在過馬路，突然遭到一名騎著機車的白衣男子猥褻，該男子邊騎機車邊手淫，然後將精液塗在她臉上。

據中國《搜狐》報導，女子遭精液塗臉後立即報警，警方經過8小時的偵查，逮捕到這名白衣男子，而男子也認罪。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
