針對反服貿學生前往行政院抗議，前行政院長謝長廷發表聲明，呼籲朝野應該舉行憲政會議進行對話。

謝長廷聲明如下：

1、呼籲馬政府須正面回應學生訴求，行政機關應自制，莫採取激烈驅離措施。學生也請保持冷靜、理性，以安全為優先。

2、民進黨儘速召開應變㑹議，動員黨公職應協助學生安全保護措施，召開朝野會議。

3、朝野應舉行憲政會議進行對話，面對問題解決。
