《集遊法》違憲　司法院11:45說明

台北地院法官陳思帆，2010年審理野草莓運動成員違反集會遊行法案，認為集遊法有歧視特定言論疑慮，有違反憲法比例原則及侵害人民集會自由之虞，停止審案並聲請大法官解釋，大法官會議剛剛決議，宣告集遊法中對於緊急性、偶發性集遊，採「許可制」的規定違憲，司法院預計11點45分舉行記者會說明。（劉志原／台北報導）
