殺人逃亡五年 栽在闖紅燈上

民國96年涉嫌砍死人的男子張華晟，判刑15年逃亡遭通緝迄今，但法網恢恢，19日下午騎車連闖2個紅燈，被警方攔查，才被發現是通緝犯，不費吹灰之力逮捕歸案。

警方表示，96年3月24日凌晨，王姓男子遭人砍殺3刀慘死，警方查出張華晟等4人涉有重嫌，當時嫌犯之一江衍鴻供稱，是受張華晟（38歲）教唆，由孔維福拿西瓜刀給他，要他與嫌犯劉書林持鋸子及西瓜刀等凶器，要將被害人「處理掉」。

當年落網遭判刑15年，卻棄保潛逃，同年10月遭法院通緝，逃亡5年多。
