烏克蘭海軍總部遭包圍　美展開黑海演習

俄羅斯昨天才簽署併吞克里米亞的協議，今天就傳出克里米亞自衛隊包圍塞凡堡的烏克蘭海軍基地，升起3面俄羅斯國旗。

美聯社一名攝影記者，親眼目睹數百名自衛隊成員衝進當地的烏克蘭海軍總部，但他們並未攜帶武器，似乎在等候烏克蘭軍方的決定。

另一方面，路透報導，美國海軍與保加利亞、羅馬尼亞兩國，已在黑海展開一天的軍事演習。而烏克蘭代理國防部長今天也告訴記者，烏克蘭軍隊不會撤出克里米亞。
