標題[請益] 台積內轉遇阻力

小弟原本待八寸廠 當設備工程師 年資六年 考績中上 最近覺得八寸廠沒什麼發展空間了 想往十二寸內轉 但目前遇到遇到阻力 副理不同意（十二寸已面試通過） 想請教版上各位有經驗的大大 這樣的話是不是就沒機會了？ 還是說兩邊副理或部經理協商後還是有機會的？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.171.16.247
