噁心之握？　男伸「摸鳥手」握手

英國一名29歲男子韋伯(Adam Webb)近日被指控公然「摸小鳥」，不僅發生在公園邊，還包括畫廊。

據英國《鏡報》報導，有名女性證人指出，她日前帶著2個孩子經過韋伯的屋子，卻發現韋伯透過落地窗，面對屋外的方向公然撫摸生殖器，而韋伯的住家附近就有一個公園。另一名女性證人則指出，韋伯日前光顧一間畫廊，他坐在一角落假裝打電腦，但另一手是在玩弄自己的生殖器，之後還伸出「摸鳥手」與其他顧客握手。

韋伯近日遭到逮捕，除了罰款145英鎊(約新台幣7300元)，也被法院強制送醫進行心理治療。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
