屈臣氏傳香港倫敦上市　籌資60億美元

亞洲首富李嘉誠旗下擁有旗艦品牌屈臣氏等連鎖事業的A.S. Watson & Co.（屈臣氏集團）傳計劃在香港、倫敦2地雙掛牌，最快本周提交申請、6月底前上市，預估籌資50~60億美元（1519~1823億元台幣），將是近2年來全球規模最大的IPO（Initial Public Offering，首次公開發行）。

據《華爾街日報》引述消息人士報導，如果香港與倫敦的上市工作進行順利，屈臣氏集團還考慮在新加坡進行第2上市。

據Dealogic的統計數據顯示，若屈臣氏集團能夠籌資60億美元，將是自日本航空（Japan Airlines，日航）於2012年9月在東京上市籌資85億美元（2583億元台幣）以來最大的IPO。（賴宇萍／綜合外電報導）
