手機引殺機 華州少年不認罪

　　華盛頓州一名17歲青少年，今年2月為了搶劫手機殺人，法院同意檢方以成年人身分起訴他，罪名包括一級謀殺罪、搶劫、非法持有槍械等，若被定罪，他將面臨27年以上徒刑。

　　高中生懷特(Byron White)17日在華盛頓州肯特(Kent)的法院出庭時，對於檢方起訴的一級謀殺罪、搶劫、非法持有槍械等罪名，均對法官表示「不認罪」。

　　根據法院紀錄，今年2月底，懷特在西雅圖地區一家寵物店停車場，企圖搶劫一名54歲男子的手機，男子正打電話報警時，遭懷特開槍擊中胸部，在警方趕抵現場前死亡。

　　檢方調查指出，懷特事後向友人抱怨說，因為長相已經被看到，所以才開槍殺人，他非常失望搶來的手機，並不是好一點的款式。

　　本月初，警方根據懷特母親提供的線索，在西雅圖機場逮捕原定要搭機前往亞特蘭大的懷特。

　　如果法院判定懷特罪名成立，他將面臨27年至35年有期徒刑。
