民進黨立委吳宜臻、李應元、葉宜津、管碧玲、尤美女、田秋瑾、林淑芬、姚文智等人，先後進入議場向學生致意，不過民進立院黨團目前沒有進一步打算。管碧玲表示，黨團已簡單討論過，並不打算介入活動進行，但會在一旁保護群眾。

據了解，前行政院長謝長廷正在趕往立院，稍晚將進入議場關心學生狀況。
