獸醫用管制藥 紀錄不清曾被罰

衛福部食藥署公布102年管制藥品稽查結果，一名獸醫師使用麻醉劑診療紀錄不清楚，被依違反獸醫師法罰款6000 元。台北市獸醫師公會理事長楊靜宇表示，近期寵物用人藥爭議，外界質疑獸醫師可能濫用管制藥品，實際上獸醫使用麻醉藥、鎮定劑、止痛劑等管制藥品，和人醫一樣受到衛福部稽核、裁罰。

他強調，動物醫院需須依法申請管制藥品使用執照、管制藥品登記證。管制用藥品分4級，需有獨立上鎖藥櫃放置，由負責人取用。每年1月、7月，還須向衛福部申報庫存量，並接受查核。
