討3萬元殺人棄屍　2嫌殺人罪起訴

台南市善化區男子吳奕龍不滿友人葉建成催討積欠3萬元債務，去年11月4日夥同吳姓男子砍殺葉後，竟不顧對方還有生命跡象，當天中午把葉丟入高雄茄萣情人碼頭附近的湖內大排水溝，活活溺斃。台南地檢署今天審結，依《殺人罪》起訴兩人，但兩名被告是在案發後就向警方自首，依法得減輕其刑。

南檢起訴書指出，被告吳奕龍（23歲，在押）因為和死者葉建成有財務糾紛，去年11月4日清晨夥同18歲吳姓友人，邀葉到大內山區談判，雙方一言不合發生扭打，吳奕龍先後拿水果刀、螺絲起子將葉刺成重傷，再載往高雄情人碼頭旁的排水溝丟棄。兩名被告隔天向善化分局自首，全案才被揭發。（辛啟松／台南報導）
