豪擲11億買整棟豪宅　辜仲諒送懷孕女友

日前傳出中國信託慈善基金會董事長辜仲諒女友錢靖雯懷第2胎，房產界盛傳，辜仲諒豪擲11億元整棟買下1棟整棟豪宅，登記在錢靖雯的公司名下。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，香港私募基金豐泰地產在台推出的「天母．星懿」豪宅案，傳被辜仲諒狠砸近11億元整棟買下，產權登記在雅諾有限公司名下，該公司代表人是錢靖雯。據內政部實價網揭露資訊，該棟豪宅交易時間為去年11月，交易總價約10億5880萬元，土地面積約395.97坪、建物面積約1035.47坪，是地上6層樓建物；該建案是2005年10月興建完成，拆算每坪單價約102.25萬元。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
