（軍聞社記者董權輝臺北9日電）有鑑於每年三月為結核病好發季節，軍醫局提醒官兵加強自主健康管理，如有發燒等類似結核病症狀身體不適時，應佩戴口罩並立即就醫治療，維護個人健康，避免群聚感染。

　軍醫局表示，結核病為臺灣法定傳染病中每年確定數及死亡數最多的傳染病，主要以飛沫及空氣傳染 ，學校、宿舍、新兵訓練中心等場所較易流行，常見症狀有咳嗽、胸痛、體重減輕、倦怠、食慾不振、發燒及咳血等，在醫生確診後，需接受隔離治療。

　軍醫局指出，對於防範結核病具體做法，部隊應改善生活環境，保持室內良好通風，避免群體生活空間過度壅塞；一旦發現疑似病患（發燒超過攝氏38度），應立即送醫治療，並追蹤曾與病患密切接觸的鄰兵，掌握其身體狀況，若出現發燒等症狀立即送醫診治，避免群聚感染效應擴大衍生。

　至於個人保健方面，軍醫局建議官兵應避免接觸病人或帶菌者的鼻咽分泌物、飛沫，養成良好的個人衛生習慣，並針對病患較常觸摸、活動的區域，以及洗臉槽、垃圾桶等可能接觸口鼻分泌物等地點，進行消毒藥水噴灑作業，落實預防工作，確保部隊戰力。
