衛福部：器捐手術要家屬同意

針對媒體報導器捐同意書一旦簽署下去，就有法律效力，死亡時醫院可直接摘除器官而不需經家人同意一事，財團法人器官捐贈移植登錄中心董事長李伯璋表示，目前台灣沒有任何醫院會在沒有家屬手術同意書的狀況下，即進行器官摘取，請民眾放心。

器捐中心指出，衛生福利部曾決議，摘除器官雖要依照死者生前的書面同意書；但摘除器官手術的過程，得要簽手術同意書，必須要家屬簽署，家屬未簽手術同意書，醫院不得摘取器官。
