標題[討論] 這樣該趁早跳嗎?

幫朋友代PO 他是社會新鮮人的設備工程師(VENDOR)(第一份工作) 但到職已經快滿一個月，連PM 跟trobule shooting都沒有開始教 該公司之前有約聘的人員進行全廠巡檢(抄寫機器數據~大概就是些壓力溫度) 基本上抄完就下班時間 約聘人員走了之後，但又被客戶端強力要求"每天"巡檢 因此就被說之後巡檢就交給他這個新鮮人 並且打聽到短期內不會有約聘(或是以後都不會有) 於是抱著想多學東西，但工作又只是抄數據，因此想轉職了 請問這樣該再花時間待在公司慢慢等? 還是直接換工作呢???，這樣履歷中寫只待一個多月會不會很?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.64.84.180 ※ 編輯: milk09012003 來自: 61.64.84.180 (03/09 11:07)
