恐嚇要燒掉九把刀所屬「蓋亞出版社」的19歲卓姓嫌犯，警方今天偵訊後以恐嚇罪嫌將他移送士林地檢署；檢方傍晚以全案還有共犯，認為卓姓男子有串證和再犯之虞，向法院聲押獲准。

　根據了解，由於卓姓男子強調相關恐嚇po文、並非全數都是他貼上網，法官認為全案還有其他共犯尚未到案，有待進一步釐清案情，審酌後認定卓姓男子有再犯和串証之虞，傍晚裁定將他收押。
