自經區特別條例草案初審 朝野吵鬧不休

立法院經濟、財政、內政聯席會上午初審自經區特別條例草案，朝野立委對開會程序與審查內容吵鬧爭執不休，在野黨立委陳明文等人拿著標語期望先開公聽會凝聚共識並做實質審查，國民黨立委張嘉郡等人則希望在野黨不要杯葛、一起拚經濟。民進黨立委甚至佔據官員發言台杯葛議事進行，列席的官員國發會主委管中閔、財政部長張盛和及經濟部長張家祝則枯坐在備詢席。
