如果以超長期來算, 台商禁閉室薪水不會比外商少 但在計算上的差別是bouns進口袋的時間 外商及少數台商會很即時的發bouns 例如外商高月薪, 年薪package是 月薪*13*1.1 如果無法預計未來能不能在公司站得住, 當然首推外商 台商一堆鎖了又鎖的bouns, 在領到的那一年才會有感 能待滿五年或以上, 平均值不一定低於外商 來這裏的人都只是打打嘴炮, 大家也無法幫你如何穩定在一間公司A五年薪水 結果就是一面倒推外商, 反正被fire也是你家的事 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.163.58.205
