91歲徐姓老榮民，與結婚一甲子的陌生人「分手」，他開心地說，「可以交女朋友了！」

今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，徐姓老榮民40年前退伍時，就發現戶籍裡多了個「陌生人」妻子，他放著不管，卻又擔心找對象結婚會犯「重婚罪」，竟因此一直未婚，他表示自己一生獨居，根本不認識戶籍謄本上的「老婆」，所以打確認婚姻關係不存在之訴，「希望以後回大陸的時候，是清清白白。」法官認為判決2人婚姻關係不存在，讓徐姓老榮民恢復單身。（夏至賢／綜合報導）
