標題[請益] 面試邀約的問題

小弟最近想轉換跑道，陸陸續續有一些面試邀約，但原公司目前loading不小... 沒辦法常常請假的情況想請教各位會如何回應這些面試的邀約? (爬文職缺及公司的 評價皆有好有壞，自己會覺得還是要當面談談會比較清楚) 請教一下各位先進的意見，感謝! P.S. 有兩家公司是主管直接聯繫而非HR，這種情形很常見嗎@@? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.171.236.177
