他是王丰，年薪逾三百萬的國籍航空民航機長，他沒因飛機開得好出名，卻因散家產救瀕死狗、流浪狗，成了名人。
 
2年前，王丰在駕駛艙「說流浪狗的故事」，真摯、動人的獨白，感動了許多人。他說，餵養流浪狗40年，曾因餵養的ㄧ對狗母子，在他出班值勤時，守候車旁5天5夜不離開，卻在ㄧ夜莫名被毒死，感嘆「流浪狗不帶回家，在街頭活不過2年。」
 
為救援在收容所等待安樂死的瀕死狗、被虐棄路邊的傷殘狗，王丰降低物欲，過簡樸的生活，與民航機師總被想像有高薪、亮麗的光環相去甚遠；這2年，他仍抱著「救ㄧ隻狗改變不了世界，但可以改變牠的ㄧ生」的初衷，更積極投入第一線救援。
