丁小芹債務糾紛沒完沒了，近日再被爆料欠錢，她去年12月以78萬元滿下保時捷中古車，車行替她擔保向銀行借貸，她卻未按時繳錢，車行擔心名譽受損，決定告她詐欺，「她沒誠意解決，我們會告到底。」

她欠錢紀錄數不清，從年底代購名牌包拖半年沒出貨，連服飾店都倒閉，扯出36萬等財物糾紛，日前再爆欠錢，林小姐指出，車行為她向銀行借貸68萬，她卻未繳交第一期貸款等款項3萬餘元，至本月21日是第二期貸款繳款截止日，她也沒按時繳錢。

《蘋果日報》報導，事情曝光後，她才向車行約好還車還錢，當天卻直接搞失蹤，林小姐氣憤表示：「我傳簡訊提醒她，她也沒回，現在就等法院通知，走法律途徑。」丁小芹對此不予回應，經紀人小瑋則態度激動道：「這又不是公事，我不管她的私事。」
