噁！吃到沒熟麥香雞　求償15萬元

1名葉姓女子到麥當勞點麥香雞套餐，結果才咬第二口，發現雞肉生冷未熟，向消保官投訴，要求業者賠償15萬元。

今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，葉女表示吃到不熟雞肉覺得噁心，回家後又腸胃不適，她批評店家態度冷漠、處理不當，因此求償損害賠償15萬元；麥當勞表示當天是員工疏失，當場全額退費、補送餐品，但針對賠償雙方無共識，已交由法院處理當中。（夏至賢／綜合報導）
