駱家輝卸任前放砲　籲陸尊重人權、言論自由

美聯社報導，美國駐中大使駱家輝今天在北京美國大使館舉行卸任記者會，一向直率敢言的他，不忘敦促中國尊重政治異議份子的人權，稱美國「深切關注」中國當局逮捕起訴維吾爾族學者伊力哈木•土赫提一事，並呼籲中、日兩國平息東海島嶼主權爭端，以避免引發「意料之外的後果」。
 
駱家輝是美國歷來首位華裔駐中大使，預定本周六離開中國。72歲美國聯邦參議員包克斯（Max Baucus）將接下重任。駱家輝2年半大使任期內，見證中美經貿與旅遊交流遽增，更經歷一連串引人矚目的中美外交事件，包括前年2月重慶市前副市長兼公安局長王立軍夜奔成都美國領事館、4月盲人維權律師陳光誠向美國大使館尋求庇護等。（林奐成／綜合外電報導）
