連惠心禁藥案　3在押被告獲交保

國民黨中央委員連勝文胞姊連惠心代言的威力纖因含禁藥Cetilistat，去年遭檢方依違反《藥事法》以250萬元交保，全案仍在偵辦中，該案共犯、製造商云丰生技副執行長林明融、云丰生技負責人黃振康、研發總監葉枚耕3人羈押期限也將陸續於月底屆滿4個月，台北地院已裁定3人以250萬元到300萬元不等金額交保。
 
據悉，檢調將云丰生技製造的多項產品送交衛福部食藥署檢驗，因仍未收到部份檢驗報告，再加上仍有共犯在逃，因此上周向法院聲請讓在押的3被告具保停押，而全案因檢驗報告未全部出爐，恐無法於短期內偵結。(賴又嘉、張欽／台北報導)
