【民報】調稅率負擔有增有減 千萬收入多繳稅5%

財政部將進行稅率調整，民眾負擔有增加、有減少。
金融營業稅由2%調回5%，預估每年增加200億稅收；所得稅增加一個級距，最高的稅率從40%變成45%(這要每年所得淨額超過1千萬的人適用)。
不過，薪資扣除額則由10.8萬元提高至12.8萬元。
另外，股利扣除營所稅17%之外，其它股利可以100%作為該股東個人綜合所得稅扣抵，但未來該扣抵稅率將降為50%...。
