瑪陵派出所集體收賄案 三人聲押

基隆地檢署偵辦基隆市警三分局瑪陵派出所員警，涉嫌集體包庇不法工程業者在瑪陵山區傾倒營建廢土，涉嫌行賄的李姓業者、中間人瑪西里長林飛龍和派出所郭姓警員，21日凌晨經檢察官複訊後，向基隆地方法院聲請羈押，派出所所長陳進忠仍在偵訊，其他6名涉嫌人檢察官複訊後請回。
