「殺豬又怎樣，我哥殺人的」　軍人吃官司

花蓮一名蕭姓（19歲）現役軍人去年1月間 結識1名15歲國中少女，兩人交往期間發生10次性行為，去年8月底兩人發生口角鬧分手，兩人交往被少女母親發現憤而提告，蕭男不願跟少女分開還用臉書及通訊軟體LINE等傳「殺豬又怎樣，我哥殺人的！」「你們喔，我看看，可能不夠我打。我棍子都拿好了，我爸叫我先不要拿出來。是你們開車該小心才對， 花蓮市區我們認識很多。蕭家流氓多，你別忘了你哥還在讀大漢，休運系都是我的人！」等語恐嚇少女。案經花蓮地院審理日前依妨害性自主罪判刑1年8個月及恐嚇危害安全罪判拘役10天，因考量蕭男並無前科給予緩刑2年。（李光濱／花蓮報導）
