桃園縣水務局副局長邱峯旭遭羈押禁見

新北地檢署追查北水工程弊案，發現桃園縣水務局副局長邱峯旭疑接受業者招待喝花酒、餽贈，洩露公共工程評選委員名單，讓有意投標的業者郭肇良前去打點,來護航工程變更設計、追加經費，昨經搜索、約談並漏夜訊問，聲請羈押禁見邱峯旭等12人。
 
新北地院自下午開庭，直到晚間後裁定，桃園縣水務局副局長邱峯旭、審查委員葉紀建兩人收押禁見，京揚公司負責人郭肇良50萬元交保，妻子林芳娸20萬元交保，宇晟工程負責人尤豐源50萬元交保，宇晟工程副總經理鍾鎮宇30萬元，評委台大土木系副教授徐年盛、塔寮坑抽水站工程弊案承辦人員戴浩仁均20萬元，京揚員工陳伯儀15萬元，另營建署工務程組長葉仁博、京揚公司經理鄭國樑、京揚會計王怡婷均10萬元交保。
