減重18公斤　洋基沙胖變沙腰瘦

洋基投捕報到，身高200公分的王牌左投沙巴西亞(CC Sabathia)，以全新苗條身形出現在春訓基地，嚇壞一堆人。原來是他季末厲行減重，體重已經降至125公斤，比起他2年前足足少了18公斤。

沙胖表示，前年12月他的表哥因心臟病發過世，得年45歲，這件事讓他深覺健康的重要性，所以從那時候開始就已經計劃減重，去年一度減至132公斤，但減重過快，連帶影響了他投球的表現，球速從151公里降至144公里左右。

這次回到春訓更瘦，但沙胖說：「去年一心只想減重，沒考慮到維持肌力，這次我是配合訓練慢慢瘦下來的，整體狀況感覺跟2年前一樣好，相信今年球季在球場上表現不會讓自己失望。」（楊逸民／綜合報導）
