張德正羈押案終於拍板！台灣高等法院3日駁回檢方抗告，張德正交保確定，台北地檢署襄閱主任檢察官黃謀信則表示，對於高院的裁定尊重且遺憾，承辦檢察官將持續偵辦。

張德正駕駛砂石車衝撞總統府一案，經「5度5關」後告一段落，成為台灣司法史上首度對同一案件一連召開5次羈押庭的案件，高院今天指出，不得再提抗告。

高院合議庭今天指出，張德正從第一次被檢方聲請羈押後，面對北院連續幾天的開庭，都準時出庭，沒有拖延、不到，且考慮張德正負債百萬，還有父母、女兒要照顧，加上目前身心狀況，應無逃亡可能，因此沒有羈押必要，駁回檢方抗告。
