最近有個疑問 年薪Total Amount到底是如何計算的,想和大家分享我的想法 以我為例,我是在銀行上班 公司保證14個月+年終,一個月40K,我覺得對外宣稱年薪560K(40K * 14)會比較合理, 因為年終要視公司當年盈利和本身的考績,比較不可預測 各位的看法如何? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 175.181.106.83
