DRAM表現回神 外資：不是曇花一現

DRAM大廠南科、華亞科2013年獲利表現回神，且同時看好今年第1季與全年DRAM市場供需狀況可望維持穩定。外資法人昨（28）日表示，過往被列為四大「慘」業之一的DRAM，獲利表現應該非僅曇花一現，長線表現可以期待。

華亞科去年每股純益高達3.66元，與摩根士丹利證券估計幾乎如出一轍。摩根士丹利科技產業分析師詹家鴻指出，華亞科獲利能力已顯著改善，至2015年股東權益報酬率都可高達20%至30%，給予「優於大盤」投資評等，看好法人長線資金持續進駐。
