中華電信今天上午進行新舊任董事長交接典禮，卸任的李炎松在中華電信服務滿40年屆齡退休，由「台積太陽能股份有限公司」及「台積固態照明股份有限公司」董事長暨執行長蔡力行接任。

因為在台積電採行裁員措施而備受爭議的蔡力行上午在致詞時對兩萬多位中華電信員工作出承諾，強調除保護投資人權益、增進回收，讓營收、獲利增加外，將盡一切力量保護、捍衛員工權益。（徐毓莉／台北報導）
