台中市政府農業局和烏日農會將在週六上午於烏日區學田里辦「花漾學田」活動，有五百公頃的油菜花海、波斯菊、有稻田烤肉、綁稻草人比賽、寫生、寫春聯、農特產品展，歡迎看花海、參加田野活動。

烏日農會總幹事楊義榮說，為配合政府推動農業冬季休閒期種植景觀綠肥強化農田地力，美化農村田園及道路景觀，推廣500餘公頃景觀綠肥作物。

今年特於毗鄰高鐵台中站及高速公路的學田里農地，集中種植20公頃的大波斯菊、小油菊、油菜花，在盛花期舉辦「花漾學田‧幸福滿園」田野活動，提供民眾親子共同參與農業休閒活動，發揮農業推廣教育功能，成為冬日時節繽紛烏日花海及吸引遊客人潮的休閒觀光賞花景點。

農會推廣股長王梅桂、農事指導員陳宗明進一步說，花漾學田活動在學田里五分仔農地舉行，上午九時開始，有烏日區志工鼓舞隊演出、學田里各社團演出。

重頭演是稻田烤肉、享用米食點心、綁稻草人比賽、寫生比賽、送春聯揮毫、還有農特產品展售，活動到下午二時才結束。活動會場自高鐵東路過高速公路涵洞右轉接近論子巷，停車方便，農業局和烏日農會歡迎大家參加，看花海、稻田烤肉餐會、還有農情卡拉ｏｋ。
