林美秀在台視《2014超級巨星紅白藝能大賞》使出渾身解數唱跳，穿上緊身黑色爆乳馬甲，自嘲說：「人家是『碧昂絲』，我可是『幾盎司』，一年這樣玩一次、感覺很好！」主持人小燕姊稱讚她：「演媽媽太可惜了，身材這麼好。」

她以動感歌舞秀PK馬念先古裝live band，這次尺度大開，她害羞說：「一看到服裝就整個傻眼，有種顛覆的性感，但後來想也就難得一次，搞不好還會有新的戲路找上門。」上場前她故意嗆聲馬念先：「你們『八仙過海』的服裝還是我幫忙的，不知道有『露』才有版面嗎？」

而馬念先古裝造型落漆，竟從「俠客」變成「弄臣」，他不認輸，苦笑說：「美秀姊唱歌的音樂是我們幫忙彈的，就算她贏，也是因為我們伴奏的好！」隨著電影《總鋪師》插曲「金罵沒ㄤ」爆紅，林美秀坦言有想過發片，「如果可以發專輯或EP，用演員的角度來唱歌，也可以做個紀念啊！」
