心臟病發康復　麥道夫患腎癌

美國「世紀騙徒」、前納斯達克交易所主席麥道夫（Bernie Madoff），坐監期間百病纏身，早前曾心臟病發，現在更傳出要與癌魔博鬥。

財經頻道CNBC報導，75歲的麥道夫因心臟病發，上月大部份時間都在醫院度過，現已返回監獄，他被檢查出罹患腎癌已到第四期，專家指他的癌細胞可能已擴散到其他器官。

麥道夫因用自己的基金公司設下龐氏騙局，在全球詐取投資者650億美元，騙局在金融海嘯席捲全球之際爆發，許多人畢生積蓄泡湯，麥道夫被判入獄150年。

麥道夫的妻子被剝奪所有資產，他的胞弟彼得被判監10年，長子馬克於2010年自殺。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
