職災保險立法　失能、遺屬年金保障大增

我國實施30多年的職災保險制度將有重大變革，勞委會宣布今年將推《職業災害勞工保險法》草案，將調高職災失能、遺屬年金的最低保障，由現行的最低4000、3000元保障，調高到按平均月投保薪資的50%，草案最快今年4月送行政院審議，最快2018年就可實施。

勞委會官員解釋，現行勞工職災導致終生喪失工作能力者，是以平均月投保薪資乘以1.55%乘以年資，所得金額若不足4000元，則以4000元計算；未來新增也可採「平均月投保薪資的50%」作為最低標準，以現行投保薪資最低以19047元、年資僅1年者來說，現行每月失能年金僅能領到4000元，新公式每月可領到9524元，增加5500多元；若未來投保薪資上限由4萬3900元調高到5萬7800元，年資短者可能從月領4000元一下增加到2萬8900元。（唐鎮宇／台北報導）
