女與外族相戀　長老下13男「性侵令」

印度有一名來自傳統部落的20歲女子，與外族男子相戀，竟被長老判「輪流性侵」的酷刑，當地警方事後逮捕涉案的13名男子。

據《NDTV》報導，這名女子被部落指控違反族規，長老在本周二下令13名男子對這名女子輪流性侵，以示懲戒，導致她嚴重受傷，目前正在醫院接受治療。女方的家人隔日報警求助，警方事後以性侵及對女性造成嚴重傷害等罪，逮捕涉案的13名男子，以及逮捕懷疑與受害女子相戀的男子，但警方沒有交代男子被逮捕的原因。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
