一年一度的春安工作即將於一月廿一日晚上十時開跑，立法委員徐耀昌20日上午親臨苗栗縣警察局，對無私奉獻投入苗栗縣治安、交通，為民服務的員警、義警、義交、民防、社區守望相助巡守隊等協勤民力，表達最高的敬意。

徐耀昌表示，苗栗縣有平穩的治安、順暢的交通及熱心善良的地方民情，歸功於平時堅守崗位辛苦維護的員警、義警、義交、民防及社區守望相助巡守隊等協勤民力，這是縣民之福，期望今年春安工作靠大家持續努力，讓苗栗鄉親平安過好年。

徐耀昌說，過去兩年苗栗縣蟬聯內政部警政署春安工作評比第一名，希望大家再接再厲完成三連霸，致贈春安工作夜點，聊表關懷慰勞所有執勤人員之意。

苗栗縣警察局感謝貼心的徐委員如此重視，百忙當中親蒞關懷慰勞，並為員警及協勤民力加油打氣，縣警局將全力以「治安平穩、交通順暢、服務熱心」做好春安工作不負縣民所望。
