警滴血認賊　賊就醫盤查全招

【林泊志／宜蘭報導】宜蘭1名張姓男子去年6月潛入民宅行竊，得手約9000元，警方獲報後到場勘驗，在屋內夾腳拖鞋發現一滴血，懷疑竊賊行竊時受傷，趕緊派人到醫院清查，正在醫院候診的張男，見警員盤問，心虛當場自首全都認了。
 
宜蘭地院法官認為，張嫌犯後後返還贓款且坦承犯行，態度尚佳，念及張嫌離婚，無業，只有國中畢業，每月還領取鎮公所4700元補助，需養育1名未成年子女，還患有第四期巴金森氏症，領有輕度身心障礙手冊，因此判處4個月有期徒刑，得易科罰金。
